I remember visiting my cousin’s summer house and being offered these patties by one of the neighbors. My mother, never an expert on bulgur dishes, had never bothered to make them before.

Those who haven’t tried will now ask themselves whether you can make this soup without any flour, well you can. I admit, this is not a thick soup, but it also is not watery.
