I can never understand those who buy fruit flavored yogurts from the stores.
Do you have yogurt at home? Yes. Do you have fruit at home? Yes.
Then go and mix both together!
Those who can find time to make fresh ravioli but never have time to make a vegetable mash for their babies drive me crazy!
There is a very small quantity of fruit inside those “full of vitamins” yogurts that “help improve child intellect” or “help children grow”. Don’t you see they are only polishing their products to make you buy ? I am not even mentioning the amount of sugar, additives and food colorings inside them.
So don’t be lazy, use real food. Refuse synthetic food, refuse slow poison.
The Crumble in this recipe can also be consumed as a granola, along with milk and yogurt.

Honey – the amount is up to you
10-12 medium, sliced strawberries
For the crumble
1/4 cup shredded coconut
A handful of walnuts
A handful of raw almonds
A handful of raw hazelnuts
A handful of raw cashew nuts(optional)
2 tblspns cocoa
2 tblspns melted butter/coconut oil
2 tblspns honey/molasses
Instructions:
1-Pulse walnuts, hazelnuts, almonds and cashew nuts into a meal in your food processor, add cocoa, coconut and butter and stir well with a spoon.
2-Spread the mixture on a baking sheet covered oven tray, bake for appr. 1 hour in a pre-heated 150 C oven. Check often as they burn easily. 3-Cool once removed. Mix your yogurt, vanilla and cream cheese. Add sliced strawberries. Split the cream and the crumbles in cups, cool and serve. Enjoy.
