In Bade’s words: Ta-ta-ta-taaam ! Our hazelnut cookies smell just like molasses, they are fresh from the oven, crunchy and healthy! I have tasted these hazelnut cookies first at Nergis’s place but I changed her recipe and used molasses as we do not use refined sugar. The color and the taste are simply amazing.
Ingredients:
1 cup (80 gr) hazelnut meal
1 medium egg white
1 tablespoon organic molasses/honey
1 tspn olive oil
Instructions:
1-Mix all ingredients into a dough, tear walnut sized pieces and roll in your hands.

2-Place the balls on a parchment paper covered baking sheet. Press firmly on top to give a round shape.
3-Bake for 8-10 minutes in a preheated 150C oven.
